Because you are enrolled, your digital scan is on file with us. There is nothing to send and nothing to book. Order above and we will make your replacement from the scan we have.

One thing to keep in mind. If you have had any recent dental work that changed the anatomy of your teeth substantially, consider getting a new scan so your retainer fits the way it should. Email us and we will sort it out.
