Orthodontist-supervised treatment means your tooth movements are planned using 3D digital imaging, your progress is monitored at every stage, and any complications are caught and corrected early. This matters especially for more complex cases involving bite correction or attachments.
What to Expectat Smile Pop
Your first appointment includes a clinical exam and a full digital scan of your teeth (no messy impressions). We use your scan to create a 3D treatment plan through the iOrtho platform, which shows your projected tooth movement from start to finish before any trays are made.
Once your custom aligners arrive (typically within 14 days), you’ll wear each tray for 7–10 days, 20–22 hours per day. Most patients return every 6–10 weeks for progress checks. Total treatment time ranges from a few months for simple cases to 18+ months for more complex ones.
