I cannot say enough wonderful things about Smile Pop, especially Leah! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was absolutely exceptional. Leah went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, appreciated, and genuinely cared for. It is so refreshing to visit a business where you are treated like a person and not just another number!

Leah’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly set the bar for what customer service SHOULD be. She made the entire experience such a pleasure!

The facility itself was absolutely beautiful, incredibly clean, modern, and well-maintained. You can immediately tell they take pride in their business and care about every aspect of the customer experience.

I would recommend Smile Pop, and especially Leah, to every single one of my family members and friends without hesitation. Businesses like this deserve recognition, and employees like Leah are the reason customers come back!

Just had the best experience at smile pop with Dr. Courtney and her team! On a friday, the glue on my permanent retainer had popped off and I needed someone to glue it back down! The team at smile pop was available via text and was able to schedule me in for early morning the first day after the holiday weekend making the entire scheduling process smooth and stress-free. I asked around a couple other places and was being quoted upwards of $250-300 and Dr. Courtney’s office was the only dental office offering an extremely reasonable price for the procedure. When I got there, because it was only a small chip in the glue and not a complete repair needed, Dr. Courtney did the procedure for free. In addition to that, the office was extremely well stocked and clean and a really relaxing environment to be in and the team at the office was so friendly and inviting. I was in and out in 10 minutes and felt well taken care of. I would absolutely without a doubt recommend any of friends or strangers with orthodontic needs to Dr. Courtney’s office.

Just finished my 18-month Invisalign treatment last week 🥳
Never thought I’d miss seeing my orthodontist but that’s how good Dr Courtney and her team are 🥰
Of course my teeth look great now but the whole experience made such a difference that I almost don’t care what they look now 😂
I had postponed doing this for many years and I’m so glad I did because that led me to Smile Pop.

I cannot recommend Dr. C and her practice highly enough. I came to her with a unique and difficult case that other orthodontists hadn't even tried to help me with, and she was the first person who was able to see a potential path forward. She took the time to understand my situation, think creatively about a possible solution, and recommend an excellent dentist and oral surgeon to help me through the process. What truly sets her apart is that she did all of this without charging me a thing — her genuine desire to help was clear from the very beginning.

Beyond her expertise, Dr. C is an absolute pleasure to work with. She's incredibly friendly, witty, and approachable, and she has a way of making you feel comfortable even when you're dealing with something complicated or stressful. She never made me feel nervous or self-conscious, and she was always willing to explain things thoroughly and answer my questions.

It's rare to find a healthcare professional who combines this level of expertise with such genuine compassion, generosity, and kindness. Dr. C went above and beyond for me, and I'm incredibly grateful to her. If you're looking for an orthodontist who truly cares about her patients and is willing to think outside the box to help them, look no further. Je suis vraiment ravie d’avoir choisi cette orthodontiste ! Dès le premier rendez-vous, je me suis sentie en confiance. Le rendez-vous a été obtenu très rapidement, le traitement est efficace et le suivi est très régulier, avec toujours beaucoup d’attention et de professionnalisme.
Dr. Courtney est très à l’écoute, et prend vraiment le temps de donner de bons conseils et d’expliquer les choses. C’est très rassurant et on sent qu’elle se soucie réellement de ses patients.
Un grand bravo également à toute l’équipe, qui est toujours aux petits soins. Tout le monde est accueillant et chaleureux et en plus le cabinet est magnifique, avec un cadre très joli, moderne et confortable.

Such a great experience at Smile Pop! Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and professional.

My experience with Dr C was fantastic. Every time I showed up, I was greeted with a smile by every member of the staff. Dr C provides a fulsome approach to ortho, above and beyond what would be expected. I constantly knew why something was happening or why she was doing what she was doing. The staff make it a very comfortable experience (not easy in the world of ortho!). I’m very glad I went with Dr C and the staff of smile pop.
